Saver API открывает пост, рассказывает, что внутри, и сам скачивает видео или фото. Вам приходит готовый файл, а не адрес на чужом сервере. Saver API opens the post, tells you what is inside, and downloads the video or photo itself. You get a ready file, not an address on somebody else's server.

За что списываются деньги? What am I paying for?
За два действия. Разобрать ссылку — 1 кредит (примерно —): это ответ о том, что лежит в посте. Забрать один файл — 0,5 кредита (примерно —). Остальные файлы из того же поста не качаются и не оплачиваются. For two things. Parsing a link costs 1 credit (about —): that is the answer about what is in the post. Taking one file costs 0.5 credits (about —). The other files in that post are neither fetched nor billed.
Что приходит в ответ? What comes back?
Сначала описание: видео это или фото, размер, длительность, обложка и два адреса файла — прямая ссылка площадки и адрес у нас. По первой качаете сами, это уже входит в цену разбора; по второй качаем мы и отдаём файл байтами вторым запросом — за это списывается цена скачивания. First a description: video or photo, size, duration, cover, and two addresses for the file: the platform's own direct link and an address on our side. The first one you fetch yourself, and it is already included in the parse fee; with the second we fetch it and hand you the bytes on a second call, billed as a download.
Сколько живёт ответ про пост? How long does the answer about a post live?
Около 30 минут. Дальше спросите заново: пост мог измениться, а отдавать вчерашнее описание как сегодняшнее нечестно. About 30 minutes. After that, ask again: the post could have changed, and serving yesterday's description as today's would not be honest.
Сколько запросов можно слать? How many requests can I send?
Каждому аккаунту даём пул в 3 запроса в секунду (120 за 60 секунд) и до 8 запросов в работе одновременно. Нужно больше — это обсуждаемо, напишите в поддержку. Every account gets a pool of 3 requests per second (120 per 60 seconds) and up to 8 in flight at once. Need more? That is negotiable, just write to support.
Что вы храните? What do you keep?
Файлы у себя мы не держим: они уходят вам и удаляются. Токен лежит только хешем. Что именно записывается и на какой срок — на странице приватности. We do not keep the files: they go to you and get deleted. The token is stored as a hash only. What exactly gets written down, and for how long, is on the privacy page.
